Steps to Craft the Potion of Fire Resistance in the Survival Mode

Whatever item you make in Minecraft, you have to collect and prepare the required ingredients first. In order to make a fire resistance potion, you have to collect these materials: one nether wart, one magma cream, and one water bottle.

Once you have had all of the materials needed, follow these steps below to make the potion.

Open the Brewing Stand

Go to the brewing stand menu to open your brewing stand. This is where you will create the fire resistance potion.

Activate the Brewing Stand

Next, you need to activate the brewing stand by adding blaze powder in the left box. You have to activate it first in order to be able to use the brewing stand. After that, continue to the next step.

Add the Materials

Once you have activated the brewing stand, now it is time to add the materials you have prepared. You add the materials in the top box while the potion will be crafted in the 3 boxes at the bottom.

First, place the water bottle in the bottom box. If you want to make 3 potions of fire resistance simultaneously, add 3 bottles in the 3 bottom boxes, one water bottle for each.

Then, add the nether wart in the top box of the brewing stand. The brewing process starts when the bubbles and arrow turn white.

When the brewing process is complete, the nether wart will disappear. In this stage, your water bottle contains an awkward potion without any effects.

After that, add the magma cream in the top box. The magma cream will disappear and you will hear a sound once the brewing process is done.

At this point, your water bottle contains the potion of fire resistance. Position your pointer in the brewing stand if you want to see the name of the potion and what effects it has.

Move It to Your Inventory

The last step is moving it to your inventory. Once you have successfully crafted the fire resistance potion, you can move it to your inventory.
