Exercise Through Walking or Walk Your Way To Health.
This is the initiation of a series of walking related videos. Tried to keep it short so that it acts as a small nugget of information and motivation for people to walk as an exercise.
People who are already having a more rigorous exercise regime should ofcourse continue the same. This video in no way suggests to replace a good regime with just walk. On the contrary, it suggests to add something more to the walk once the walking part is routinely achieved.
